30 Day Account Terms & Conditions
1. Trading terms are strictly 30 days end of month. Purchases made in any month are due for payment no later than the end of the following month.
2. I/We agree to abide by these trading terms and personallly guarantee payment of any amount which is now due or owing or which may hereafter become due or payable in relation to the above account.
3. I/We remain liable for, and in addition will personally guarantee payment of, any and all expenses including mercantile agents fees, court costs etc., incurred by Next Generation Products Pty Ltd in relation to any default on payment of any due or overdue amount, the recovery of any money due as a result of default on payment, or in relation to the enforcement of any right.
4. I/We will remain liable for interest at the rate of 1% per month on any overdue amount on this account.
5. I/We further give Next Generation Products Pty Ltd authority to check my/our credit references identified herein, and to conduct any other credit checks which it may deem to be appropriate.
NOTE: In respect of a Government Department it is accepted that there are no Proprietors or Directors and a personal guarantee cannot be given. Therefore an authority figure must sign in agreement to our trading terms.

I/We also acknowledge that Next Generation Products Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate an account for any reason, at any time, at their sole discretion.
